Tombstone Pizza is offering a rebate program where the rebate comes as a credit on a utility bill of your choice. You need to mail in the appropriate number of UPCs and this form before January 15, 2010. You don’t need to mail a receipt, which means you can use UPC codes from pizzas you might already have in the freezer and that you don’t need to buy them all at once.
As you’d expect, the more you buy the more you get back:
Buy 7 pizzas, get $5 back
Buy 12 pizzas, get $10 back
Buy 17 pizzas, get $15 back
