Gingerbread Men Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (3.5 ounce) package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup butter [$.55/1 Challenge butter - Coupons.com]
1/2 cup packed brown sugar [$.45/1 C&H Sugar - RedPlum.com]
1 egg [$.50/1 Smart Balance Eggs - Coupons.com]
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour [Gold Medal on sale $1.50 this week.]
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, butterscotch pudding mix, and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg.
2. Combine the baking soda, flour, ginger, and cinnamon; stir into the butterscotch pudding mixture. Cover and chill until firm (about 1 hour).
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
4. On a floured surface, roll dough out to about one eighth inch thickness. Cut into gingerbread men with a cookie cutter. Place cookies 2 inches apart on the greased baking sheets.
5. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until edges of cookies are golden. Cool on wire racks.

I found $1.00/3 Nestle coupon that is currently available on the coupons printer on the Target site. Remember that this post was written on 12/6/2009. It is now more than 30 days later and the coupons change ALL the time.
It is difficult to keep up with the changes if you aren’t reading the blog, getting my dail emails or the RSS feed. If you haven’t signed up, please do because it will help you save more, get all the info pretty much as I find it.
