Dr. Perricone Treatment = “I Look Mahvelous” Giveaway

Perricone Skin Clear Cleanser

Dr. Perricone I think I love you. I’ve been doing the Perricone Treatment happy dance. Really! I’m 55 years old  and I am in love with the Doc! I have battled the life long problem of acne/adult acne. I’ve never had the type that scars. I’ve just had the type that appears from stress, a dirty cell phone, somehow infecting myself by touching my face. Aggravating! I’ve tried all sorts of things from Retin A to slathering on home made concoctions out of my kitchen! Trust me I am not a great cook so this failed too. When I tried Retin A, it felt like it was eating my flesh, left my face really raw, SUPER sensitive and me in pain. Uh no thank you. I’ll keep my imperfect skin.

After spending a lifetime chasing the cure to help me control or solve this problem, I believe I have the solution now. Dr. Perricone is a really wonderful product. I’ve been testing it for about 3 weeks. I am delighted to share with all of you that not only is my skin looking much improved from the small adult acne breakouts but also the dry patches that I had. My skin really does look ‘mahvelous’ compared to what it was prior to using Dr. Perricone. Aging really is optional.

I have been using the adult acne products. I love the Skin Clear Cleanser. It doesn’t take much at all to accomplish the task of a thorough washing routine. Since I have such dry skin, I also use a small battery powered scrubbing brush that spins. I used it just for a few seconds all over my face to dislodge any dry skin and help my skin to feel silky smooth. The cleaner is milky white, so soft to the touch and has a great scent that is barely there. So I wash, do a brief scrub, and flush with plenty of nice warm water. Next, a CLEAN, fresh towel to pat dry so that I don’t introduce anything that would cause new blemishes.

Perricone Skin Clear Acne Toner

Next, I use the Perricone Skin Clear Toner. While I wasn’t really slap happy about the scent of this, I was happy about everything else. I used just a few drops on a soft cotton pad (FYI, on clearance from Target LOL) and then swipe the pad over my entire face. If that pad is clean I know that the cleanser has done it’s job and that I have gotten all of my face perfectly clean.

Okay so I am a frugalista and my eyes bugged out when I saw the price on this product. Then, I thought — ya know, I have very few splurges in my life where I can say it is truly justified. How much have I spent over the years trying to find something that worked? Weren’t all of those products just totally a waste? Do I really want to continue to waste my dollars on products that I eventually abandon? Do I really want to live the rest of my life using things that are just inferior and give me no results? What a waste of my time and money! I made my decision. I will continue to use these products and try out a few more to see if I am as pleased with other more products as with this Acne Mini-Kit.Visit Dr. Perricone today and take a look around.

I think the next item will be the Advanced Eye Treatment and then the Moisturizer. Now you need to pay attention here. I get to give away one of the Dr. Perricone Acne Mini Kits to one of you.  (US/Canadian residents ONLY!)

I have had acne since I was in the 5th grade. I am now 30 years old. I have tried over the counter treatments plus prescription treatments. Even did Accutane in high school (it was horrible – got teased every day). I would love to try this treatment.

Thanks!

No matter what I try I just continue to break out. I am 46 and I have worse acne than my 18 yr old daughter! I even asked an MD what to do (at an appointment) and he said “Go see a dermatologist.” Simple answer but no help when the waiting time is 4-6 months to get an appointment! I was so embarrassed one day because I had to use so much cover up and foundation that a friend’s husband commented on how I had gotten some “color.” I was so embarrassed that it was so obvious. Please please please help. I already have several areas that have scarred (I have OCD and I constantly pick at the acne which I know does not help but hey, that is why it is called OCD). Please please help!

Hi I’m a full time mommy and since I’ve had my baby girl, I’ve started to breakout. What a blessing it is to read this blog today because lately my face have broke out in a mass hive of acne. Mostly concentrated on my chin area, and scattered across nose and forehead! And new ones keep popping up everyday! The old unsightly darker pigmented scars won’t seem to go away. I look and feel terrible. I haven’t been to dermatologist just because I’m afraid how much it would cost me! Thanks for hosting this contest and I’m keeping my fingers crossed. :)

I have had acne and rosacea for more than half of my life. It started in my pre-teen years and has never gone away. I have tried both over the counter and prescription medications, but nothing seems to work. I would love to give these products a try!

At 66 I sometimes think of myself as “the worlds’ oldest teenager” when I have an acne breakout! Having tried numerous things over the years with little success, it is great to hear that you have found something that has been your saving grace. At my age, I still battle some acne, dry patches, aging spots & wrinkles! I’d love to try your miracle to see if it could be mine too!

I’ve battled with acne for years, and have tried many, many products to try to fix it (with what little money we have). I have extremely dry skin and moderate rosacea, and using some of the harsh cleansers out there just makes it worse. It’s hard to decide if I want dry flakey skin with moderate acne, or really really dry flakey skin with moderate acne. Nothing out there so far has worked for me. I long for the day when I can not be embarrassed to go outside without any foundation on. I’d love to try out this product to see if it could be my own little miracle. With two kids under 4, born 17 months apart, I think I deserve and need a little miracle for myself.

My cabinet is filled with tons of unused product that just doesn’t work! Have struggled for years with the acne that never truly goes away Even seems to get worse with every kid I have haha! Would love a product that actually works for once.

I’m one of those lucky girls in her mid thrites who gets to battle wrinkles AND acne, not very fair, is it? And honestly as a SAHM to a busy 3 year old taking care of me is one of my last concerns. This treat would help me to focus on myself and on my skin and might just make for a happier momma (which as we all know makes for a happier family!) .

Okay, I’m going to be so honest here, because seeing this giveaway offer from you just brought me to tears!

Reading your story is VERY similar to mine, I am a medical school student with really bad adult acne, and my face began to breakout over my cheek and lower chin area really bad. It was from the stress of school, finance and eating way too much junk to keep up with my busy lifestyle. Its my second yr of school and I still have this problem, I do not think I have seen my face without any blemish ever since, I’m just constantly breaking out. This has affected me so much because I rarely go out anymore to avoid others, I run away from cameras when I do get together with family and friends and I hate it how its affecting my life now.

I have tried a lot of drugstore products and nothing has worked, that is why when I saw this giveaway from a reputable doctors own line and hearing how great it brought results for you, and many others, really makes me want this SO bad to give it a try myself. Since I’m still in school, I can’t normally afford this line and would really love and be grateful to try it out through your giveaway.
thanks!

I would love to win! I have seen it while looking at Sephora, but it is WAY out of my budget. I am a full time student and mom. I have very little time to spend on myself, no less my skincare. I have always had a problem with acne and would love to try something new!
