It’s been a busy day behind the scenes here. I try to leave the house only one day weekly. I would MUCH rather stay home. Staying home means I don’t spend money. You can see why below. Here’s how my day went down…
I went to bed at 3:30 am and got up at 9:30 am ::::yawn::::. Today was chiropractor day ($50.00 and I pay half OOP). You guys know I have a chronic back problem and it keeps me mobile and off Rx pain meds. The chronic pain has overtaken my left hip, hip joint and leg. I’ve gone from walking like I hurt to walking like a cripple. My family history has put 3 relatives on canes, 2 of the 3 for hip replacements. I hope I am not the next candidate. I’ve been getting deep massages on my low back and hip. Those are not only painful during but after. I needed to walk today but couldn’t for a while after leaving the chiro’s office. S0….
I went to have lunch ($20.00) with my hubs, check mail at the PO Box and go to the bank. He wanted to go to Target after he got off work so I begged off cooking in lieu of Mexican for dinner ($20.00). We did that and enjoyed being away from work.
Then it was off to Target on a diaper stalking mission and for some reinforcements for the next size of sleepers while I could use that $5 off $30 apparel coupon and find her size. I have a mountain of diapers growing in front of my fireplace in the living room that I’ve picked up for nearly free. So far, 4 boxes and 6 smaller packages. I’ve used a pile of coupons to get them and two of the boxes had $30 worth of coupons inside. I may have made money buying diapers! I look like I have OCD for diapers. My little angel baby better love her granny for being a diaper stalker. LOL When I call her and she can hear me on speaker phone she coos and giggles and I just laugh with her. Yep, that child is gonna be a talker.
So I am home, have plopped down and am totally exhausted. WIPED out exhausted. I need LOTS of sleep. Rather than push it and be sorry, I believe I will finish off the day with a summary of tonight’s savings….

There’s my day. Aside from getting some emails done, doing a little research and answering a few comments – my day was not all that productive. I’ll be back tomorrow and hopefully refreshed. I am off to snuggle up and drift off for some zzzz’s. I hope you all rest well and wake refreshed.
I’m staying home tomorrow. It’s WAYYYYY cheaper!
