Dr. Perricone Eye Area Therapy

I’m still in love with the Doc! I have been testing Dr.Perricone Eye Area Therapy. I have to back up and give you a little background on my own eye area. You know I’m 55. I am a life long non-smoker and overall have always protected myself from the sun. Well, except for that one trip to a NASCAR race. I think I lost my mind that day and had a HORRIBLE burn. It was a week before it got better and I know growing up on a resort lake and living in the water or our boat I had some burns back in the day before sun screen existed. You might say I have had average facial skin even around the eyes.

I have had some fine lines and some puffiness over the last few years but no deep wrinkles. I know where the lines are but you can’t see them any closer than about 4 feet if that gives you a mind’s eye picture. Enter the opportunity to try this new product that is just for that really thin skin around the eye socket.

First of all the bottle is tiny and I wondered if it would last more than a week. Oh I was so wrong. Just as with the other products I have been using, this product is very high quality and it takes just a tiny bead to smooth around one eye. I am guessing that this tiny bottle will last 2-3 months easy. You apply twice a day — morning and night.

I have read on the Perricone site that eye puffiness comes from:

  • Lack of sleep -check
  • Illness – not so much
  • Fluid retention -marginal
  • Stress – check (blogging is stressful when your blog is wonky!)
  • Allergies – DOUBLE check
  • Hormone change – Uh yeah, check that block for about 20 yrs.!

The site goes on to say to reduce the puffiness do the follow:

  • Get enough sleep
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily (it flushes the retention)
  • Reduce sodium intake
  • Exercise to increase circulation
  • Avoid rubbing eyes

Clearly I have been doing everything wrong to contribute to my puffiness. Now I know what to do. REMARKABLY, the therapy I have been applying has made a huge difference. I even did the “just one eye” test. HA! I thought I would be slick and figure out this stuff was no better than the other. WRONG! In just two days the change was enough that I skipped a day on one eye to let the other eye catch up. SERIOUSLY! It was like it rolled the clock back. There is also the Perricone 3 Day Diet. I think I am going to have to investigate this too. The doc has done his homework and obviously knows more than I do. There is a sample menu that looks pretty darn yummy. Perricone has so many great offers and opportunities. Be sure to check it out.

Who is ready to try the Advanced Eye Therapy ? I get to give away one of the Dr. Perricone Acne Mini Kits to one of you.  (US/Canadian residents ONLY!)This time, you get to tell me about your reason for wanting to use this. I’ve told you about my puffy, fine lines, and need for it. What is your need?

I am so in need of this! My dark circles can be spotted a mile away. In general it’s just hard for me to acquire quality sleep. On top of that, it is allergies season for me and my eyes have been red and puffy. The other day I was mentioning to my husband, that I look like a sick lil furry animal. I squint all day, and my eyes are red, puffy, and watery. ;P
I will try to:
1) Get enough sleep (difficult, it’s 1 am and dd just fell asleep!!)
2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily (working on it!!)
3) Reduce sodium intake (this i got in check)
4) Exercise to increase circulation (need more motivation!)
5) Avoid rubbing eyes (hard habit to break!)
anyway, thanks for hosting this giveaway. have a good night!

I am a wife and mother of 3 college boys. My husband is disabled and doesn’t work. He takes care of his mother who has Alzheimer and lives with us. I work 3 jobs ( 4 during the summer) to pay the bills. I would love to try this product to look younger and more rested. Thanks

I am a mom of two and often do not get a full nights sleep. I know that it is important to not wait until it is too late to take care of you skin. I would love to try this product for that reason and this would also be a treat for myself, too look younger and rested.
